Lucky dog survives waterfall

A golden retriever survived a plunge down two waterfalls at Twin Falls State Park near North Bend.
Horrified onlookers saw the animal as it was swept over a 50-foot waterfall, then a 70-foot waterfall. The owner and bystanders helped the battered animal out before the King County Sheriff's Office arrived on the scene.
The dog was taken to a private veterinarian.
