Hiker dies after Si fall

Despite efforts by foot, helicopter, and a friend performing CPR, a 27-year-old hiker died Thursday, Aug. 28, after a fatal fall atop Mount Si.
The San Jose, Calif., man fell about 200 feet from the Haystack lookout on the mountain, around 1 p.m. Thursday, when he slipped in foggy, low-visibility conditions.
