School directors family chooses different district Board member swaps schools

More than 100 Valley families choose to send their children to public schools outside the Snoqualmie Valley School District.
This fall, Snoqualmie Valley School District board director Kathryn Lerners family will be among them.
Lerners daughter, who graduated from Chief Kanim Middle School in June, will enter Mercer Island High School this fall.
