A 38-year-old Carnation man has been accused of sexual misconduct with a 19-year-old female resident at the Echo Glen juvenile detention center in Snoqualmie.

Robert H. Fox, a part-time Echo Glen security staffer, was charged with first-degree custodial sexual misconduct Wednesday, July 2, in King County Superior Court.

The young woman told fellow residents that Fox had assaulted her, and one of them reported it to a counselor, court papers stated.
