Military families get a deal with Memorial Day trains at museum

The Northwest Railway Museum pays tribute to America’s servicemen and women and their families this Memorial Day with a special weekday train run on Monday, May 27.

To commemorate the holiday, the museum will offer $5 roundtrip train fare Saturday, Sunday and Monday, to members of the military and their family members, with current military ID.  The museum offers scenic train excursions aboard its antique train to the Falls. Trains depart every 90 minutes beginning at 11:01 a.m. from the Snoqualmie Depot at 38625 S.E. King St. and at 11:31 a.m. from the North Bend Depot at 205 McClellan St. Fares are $10 for children ages 2 to 12, $15 adults, and $12 for seniors.
