BJ Latham of Carnation was heading home from work at about 6 p.m. Monday, May 12, on Highway 202 between Snoqualmie and North Bend, when she and other drivers spotted a black bear and stopped to snap a photo. “It was so exciting,” Latham said. “I have a few others of her munching on leaves, but this one seemed like she was looking right at me!” -
