Learn to talk to teens about marijuana at Snoqualmie Community Network meeting Monday

The Snoqualmie Valley Community Network and Friends of Youth are hosting a free meeting for parents on teen marijuana use and how to talk to their kids about drugs.

David Flack, a chemical dependency professional from Friends of Youth, will lead the presentation, with information about current substance abuse trends, realistic concerns about marijuana use in teens, and strategies for talking to teens about being drug-free.

The meeting is 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29 at the Duvall Library. Register at http://talkingwithteens.eventbrite.com.
