Mills stated that with over 600 other registered representatives in this territory, Webber should be proud of her accomplishment. Agency owner Kevin Hauglie, at right, said that with Elaine’s strong results for 2007, combined with the insurance operation’s excellent results, his agency was the highest-producing agency overall in the state of Washington for 2007.
