Middle school PTSA seeks members
With some big changes happening this fall with the opening of the Valleys new middle school, the Snoqualmie Middle School Parent-Teacher-Student Association (PTSA) is looking for parents and residents who want to be part of the learning effort at their school.
The SMS PTSA is faced with a challenge, because all of the current board members are either going to Twin Falls Middle School or are parents of eighth-grade students.
The SMS nominating committee is gathering names of interested persons for 2008-2009 PTSA board positions including president, vice president, treasurer and secretary.
Residents and parents who are interested or know of someone who would like to be a vital part of the SMS community are asked to contact Sarah Burns at firstname.lastname@example.org or Rhonda Hughes at email@example.com, or call (425) 888-2283.
