Beertenders needed for this weekend's North Bend Warrior Dash

North Bend is calling for volunteers, 21 and older, to work the city's beer garden Sunday afternoon during the Warrior Dash at Meadowbrook Farm.

The beer garden will be the final stop for many of the 16,000 participants expected to come to the city this weekend, and the city needs 12 people on hand from noon to 3 p.m. to serve them.

All proceeds from the beer garden will go to the new North Bend Downtown Foundation nonprofit organization, dedicated to supporting tourism, economic development, and downtown revitalization in North Bend.
