Many medals for Cedarcrest track athletes at Sultan three-way

On Thursday, March 29, the Cedarcrest Track and Field team competed with Granite Falls, South Whidbey and Sultan teams at Sultan.

It was a cold, rainy meet, but the Red Wolves warmed it up. Cedarcrest boys finished in first place while the girls finished in second place.

The Red Wolves' event winners included Matt Erickson in the 200 meters, Mitchell Montgomery in the 800 meter race, Logan Orndorf  in the 3,200 meter race, the boys 4x400m team, and John Soule at discus.

Girls event winners were Alesha Cronie in the 200 meter race, Tasha Hartwig in the 400 meter race, Amelia Anderson  in the 1600 meter race, Diana Carr in the 3,200 meter race, Molly Hammontree in 300 meter hurdles and Allison Bawden at high jump and triple jump.
