Valley auction for North Bend's DNR garage

The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold a public auction to sell a garage and shop in North Bend.

The auction, which includes a seven bay garage and shop on three-quarter acre commercially zoned corner lot, is 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 15, at the DNR Work Center, 902 S.E. North Bend Way, Building 7.

The minimum bid is $335,000. Bidders must provide a $30,000 deposit. The buyer must also pay transaction costs of approximately $14,000.
