Valley Arts group elects new officers

The Snoqualmie Valley Arts organization has elected new officers at its recent annual meeting.

Alraune Chowdhury is the new president; Jeff Griswold is vice president; Melissa von Tschudi is secretary; Sandy Robinson is treasurer; Sally Rackets is the director of visual arts; Lorna Schripsema is the director of craft arts; and Mark Rohrbach is director of logistics.

Richard Burhans is artistic director and past president.

These leaders will work to further the arts and engage local communities.
