Lower Valley schools to practice flood evacuation

Tolt Middle School, Carnation Elementary School, and the Riverview Learning Center will all conduct an annual Tolt Dam evacuation drill Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 9:30 a.m.

During the drill, students from all three buildings will gather at a designated location on Tolt Highlands Road. Drivers are asked to avoid this road between 9:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.
