Public hearing is Thursday for 142-home North Bend development

The city of North Bend will take public comment on the 142-home Cedar Falls development, 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, at City Hall.

The project by Cedar Falls Way LLC would subdivide a 35-acre lot on Cedar Falls Way and Maloney Grove Avenue.

A staff report and exhibits are available at the Community and Economic Development Department at 126 E. Fourth Street, North Bend, or by contacting Jamie Burrell,

The city's hearing examiner will issue a decision on the plat by February 21.
