Obituary: Mildred Yesberger

Mildred Maude Naughton Yesberger, 76, of Carnation, died Wednesday, July 1, in Bellevue.

Mildred was born Sept. 16, 1932, in Port Townsend, Wash., to Peter and Maude Naughton. She was raised in Port Townsend. In 1951, she married Whitey Yesberger. In 1971, they moved to Carnation.

Mildred was a counselor at Echo Glen Children’s Center. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, was a Mariners fan and she particularly loved being with her family.

Mildred is survived by her son Daniel Yesberger, her daughter Kathleen Yesberger, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

A memorial was held July 11 in Port Townsend.
