From 6-9 p.m. Friday, April 1, local award-winning author Carol Morrison and her theologian husband, Ed Morrison, will offer a workshop titled "Writing Your Spiritual Journey" at Isadora's Cafe in Snoqualmie.

Those attending the workshop will learn ways to track their spiritual journey, recognize key influences, increase writing skills and confidence and connect with their creativity. Ed and Carol, both psychotherapists, live in North Bend.

There is a $30 fee for the class, which includes a workbook. A portion of the proceeds from the workshop will go toward helping start a Women's Empowerment and Learning Center.

* For information, contact Cris at Isadora's at (425) 888-1345, or Carol or Ed at (425) 462-9833. Isadora's Cafe is located at 8062 Railroad Ave., Snoqualmie.
