Legion to install commander, post chaplain at barbecue

Snoqualmie Valley’s American Legion Post No. 79 will install a new commander, chaplain and other officers at its annual barbecue, 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, at the legion hall.

Guests can partake of hot dogs, hamburgers, dessert, beverages and other favorites while meeting local Legion leaders. All are welcome.

The Legion hall is located at 38625 River St., Snoqualmie, next to City Hall.
