Snoqualmie artist Stephanie Christensen was the winner in a public vote for the best work in the Snoqualmie Plein Air Paint Out, held held Saturday, Aug. 28.

The competition challenged artists to capture Valley scenes in the open air. Art was available for purchase, and many artists displayed their works beside their easels as they sketched scenes in downtown Snoqualmie.

Christensen's work will be featured for the next Snoqualmie Plein Air Paint Out poster.
