Stewardship Partners hosts ‘Earth Month’ events to restore Snoqualmie River

Celebrate Earth Day all month long at one or more habitat restoration events organized by Stewardship Partners. Locations will include Oxbow Farm, Aronica Farms, Full Circle Farm, and Sinnema Farms.

Get your hands dirty, make new friends, and help restore the Snoqualmie Valley.

The first event is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, April 8 at Oxbow Organic Farm and Conservation Center. Volunteers will remove invasive plants and install native trees and shrubs.

Bring your own lunch and a full water bottle, and be sure to wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and a jacket, plus sturdy footwear.

Register to participate at http://www.stewardshippartners.org/volunteer-opportunity/2017-earth-month-kickoff-streamside-planting-at-oxbow-organic-farm-and-conservation-center.
