Snoqualmie establishes Salary Commission, seeks volunteers

The volunteers will serve on the three positions for one-year terms.

The City of Snoqualmie has established a Salary Commission to review and adjust the salaries for Snoqualmie’s elected officials (mayor and city council members), and perform the duties established byRCW 35.21.015.

This is a volunteer position.

Salary Commission members must be a resident of and a registered voter of the City of Snoqualmie. The commission is made up of three members, each serving a 1-year term.

Commission members shall review and take action to adjust – by increasing or decreasing – salaries of all elected officials of the City of Snoqualmie.

If locals are interested in an appointment to the Salary Commission, they can complete and submit the Statement of Interest Form available on the city website at cityofsnoqualmie.org in the Forms Center.
