Savor Snoqualmie’s second annual outdoor fun festival is Aug. 2 at Meadowbrook Farm

The second annual Snoqualmie Valley Family Nature Club Jamboree starts at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, at Meadowbrook Farm. The free, outdoor-themed festival runs to noon, with educational, creative outdoor activities for all ages and abilities.

Activities will include survival skills, wildlife tracking, scavenger hunts, geocaching, and more. Pick up a passport at the welcome table, visit all the stations and activities to fill it out, then bring it back for a prize.

Participating organizations include Carnation Farms, Compass Outdoor Adventures, Meadowbrook Farm Preservation Association, Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust, Nature Vision, Puget Sound Energy, Si View Metro Parks, Sound Salmon Solutions, Upper Snoqualmie Valley Elk Management Group, Waskowitz Outdoor School and Wilderness Awareness School.
