Mount Si High School plant sale starts Thursday, May 11

Mount Si High School will hold its annual spring plant sale May 11 to 13 at the school greenhouse, 8651 Meadowbrook Way SE, Snoqualmie.

Students will be selling fuchsia baskets, petunia baskets and many annuals and perennials.

Sale hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, May 11 and Saturday, May 13; and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, May 12.

Declan Mallady, a fifth-grader from Snoqualmie Elementary School, won the Regional Spelling Bee of King and Snohomish County on March 30, outspelling 73 competitors. The win qualifies Mallady for the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C., this May.
