The Monroe Concert Band has its last concert of the season, 7 p.m. Saturday, June 17, at Wagner Performing Arts Center, 639 W. Main St., Monroe, featuring the Park Place Middle School choirs.

The theme of the free family concert is “Musical Tales.” Join the group on an adventure, to battle Godzilla, follow the yellow brick road to the Wizard of Oz, learn about magic and fly on a dragon, and much more

A bake sale will be held in conjunction with the concert, but admission is free.
