Langlois Lake opens for one-day fishing event, Saturday, April 15

Langlois Lake will open for a one-day fishing event, Saturday, April 15, through Project Healing Waters. For the day, anglers can fish for all game fish.

Project Healing Waters is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fishing.

Fish will be stocked three to four days prior to the event to acclimate them before the commencement of fishing.

On the day of the event, pre-registered PHW Veterans will be permitted to fish throughout the lake from boats captained by Trout Unlimited Volunteers.

This event is hosted by the Bellevue/Issaquah Chapter of Trout Unlimited and the North Bend Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. For more information, contact Justin Spinelli, Fish Biologist, Region 4, Justin.Spinelli@dfw.wa.gov or call (360) 466-4345, ext. 242.
