Cedarcrest FFA team readies for state competition in October

In March, the Cedarcrest High School FFA landscape design team placed first at the state nursery and landscape competition, qualifying to represent Washington State in competing at the National FFA Convention next month.

As a team, these students are working for local organizations and individuals to earn money for this opportunity. Team sponsors include: Cherry Valley Horticulture Club; Carnation Fourth of July Committee; Flower World; Jo’s Fleece Fields; Kim Klingenberg; King County Farm Bureau; and Sally Grimes.
