Cashman, Krueger, to speak at Encompass Rise & Thrive breakfast

Encompass in North Bend will host a Rise and Thrive fundraising breakfast, 7:30 to 9 a.m., Tuesday, April 25 at the Club at Snoqualmie Ridge. This brand new event will support the early learning, pediatric therapy, and family enrichment and support programs at Encompass.

Television and radio veteran Chris Cashman will serve as master of ceremonies for the event, which will feature keynote speaker Bill Krueger, a former Mariner who is now a Root Sports baseball commentator and active early intervention advocate.

King County Councilmember Kathy Lambert will be in attendance as honorary chairperson.

Encompass will be using this event to unveil its brand new mobile therapy unit, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van custom fitted to bring pediatric therapy to underserved communities in the area. Guests will also get a sneak peek of the Take a Seat for Kids fundraising project, to display hand-painted chairs from local artists throughout the Valley in May.
