Cascade Community Theater presents “Relationships,” an evening of one-act plays, 8 p.m. Saturday, March 6, at The Grange Cafe, 15611 Main St., Duvall.

Plays highlight the humor in awkward moments and the emotions that come with the romantic drama of life.

“Check Please,” by Jonathan Rand, is a humorous look at first dates that include mismatches, miscues and anything that can go wrong.

“Wedding Duet,” by Lauren Wilson, is about a newlywed couple who have struggles their first night, and that’s just getting across the threshold!

“The Nancy,” by Bethany Gibson, is a witty piece in which a new wife lets her husband’s longtime gal pal know how things are going to change.

Finally, “Post Its!,” by Paul Dooley and Winnie Holzman, is a touching and poignant look at the life journey two people shared through the short notes they left one another over the years.

Admission is a $5 suggested donation. All proceeds benefit Mercy Corps Haitian Relief Fund. Dinner is available before the show. For reservations, call (425) 788-2095.
