Valley actor in Kidstage's 'Trust Me' musical

Young Valley actor Chelsea Henak is part of the Kidstage production of "Trust Me," a musical by teens for teens, at the Village Theatre in Issaquah.

Kidstage students come from all over the Seattle-Eastside area, but Henak is the only Valley student in this production.

Filled with romance and revelation, humor and heart, "Trust me" chronicles a year in the life of two friends at two different boarding schools. Trust and betrayal, new romances and old grudges, big dreams and dark secrets test the bonds of friendship and bring startling new truths to light.

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 2 p.m., at the Village Theater First Stage, 120 Front St. N. Issaquah.

Tickets are $18 general, $16 for youth and seniors.

Running time is two hours plus intermission.
