Take an old-fashioned ride at Snoqualmie's historic Railroad Days, on the Carmichael's horse-drawn wagon.

Visitors can hop on the open wagon, drawn by Wayne Buckner's draft horses and enjoy a leisurely trip up and down Falls Avenue between noon and 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28.

There is no cost. Board at the corner of Falls Avenue and River Street.

Carmichael's True Value Hardware owner Wendy Thomas has been sponsoring the wagon rides for the past several years. She says children love the wagon rides, but they are for everybody, kids, families, and maybe even people who want to meet someone.
