Sallal Grange holds contra dance April 20

The Sallal Grange, 12912 432 Ave. S.E., North Bend will host the second monthly community contra dance Friday, April 20, 8 to 10 pm. There will be an introductory lesson from 7:30 to 8 pm, so no experience is needed.

Contra dancing is similar to square dancing, with a “caller” keeping the dancers moving. Hot Cider will perform the live music. A suggested donation of $5  will help to pay the band. Dress up as much or as little as you like.

Hot food and cold drinks will be available for sale. The first dance last month was a great success with lots of smiles and laughter. For more information, visit www.sallalgrange.org.
