Newly formed Mount Si Lions Club hosts inaugural winemakers dinner

The newly formed Mount Si Lions Club invites you to the first of what is planned to be an annual winemaker's dinner Thursday, Oct. 20 at Boxley's Place, 101 W North Bend Way. The fundraiser includes a silent auction, with a preview of auction items at 5 p.m., and the four-course wine dinner begins at 6 p.m.

Live music by the Syd Potter Quartet will follow the dinner. Items available at the auction include many of Washington's top-100 wines, an award-winning catered barbecue dinner for 20, themed gift baskets, massage gift certificates, photography sessions and farm-fresh eggs.

Admission is by advance ticket only. Tickets are $45, on sale through Oct. 17 at Boxley's, Hauglie Insurance Agency offices in Fall City or Snoqualmie, Toad's Coffee and Flowers in North Bend, or online at
