Parables, singing and stories at North Bend Community Church's Vacation Bible School

North Bend Community Church holds its annual vacation Bible school, 6 to 8:30 p.m., July 7 to 9, for children from kindergarten to grade 5.

There is no cost. Vacation Bible school focuses on the parables of Jesus and will involve singing, stories, crafts, games and refreshments.

A special "Fabulous Fun Friday" will end the week with a barbecue, bouncy castles, water slide, games and crafts for family members.

The church is located at 146 E. Third St. in North Bend, next to the North Bend Library. Registration can be done by calling (425) 888-2711 or at www.northbendcommunitychurch.org or on site each evening.
