Give blood Friday at Fall City's Hauglie Insurance

Locals can help safeguard the community blood supply in the summer months at a blood drive, 10 p.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, July 9, at Hauglie Insurance, 33410 S.E. Redmond-Fall City Road, in Fall City.

According the Puget Sound Blood Center, a one-pint donation could help save three lives.

All blood types are needed every day, especially O negative blood. There is no substitute for human blood.
