Snoqualmie United Methodist Church is organizing a “Pick it up/Fix it up” Day, Saturday, April 24.

Volunteers can pick up yard waste and deliver it to a local drop-off site. They will also tackle minor yard-clean up jobs.

To lend a hand, meet for a free breakfast from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the church, 38701 S.E. River St., Snoqualmie. Then, join a small work crew for pick-up trips and jobs.

Volunteers are also welcome to lend their trucks.

The church is sponsoring its activity in conjunction with the city of Snoquamie’s Yard Waste Drop Off event, held the same day.
