Prime rib at Carnation senior center's monthly benefit dinner

Prime rib carved to order is on the menu at Carnation’s Sno Valley Senior Center. The center’s monthly benefit dinner starts at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13. Dinner includes a choice of potatoes, vegetable, a trip down the salad bar and a special valentine dessert. Cost is $15 per person. All proceeds from this dinner, put on by an army of volunteers, go to support the programs and services offered by the senior center. Call (425) 333-4152 for reservations.
