Senior center hosts cafe at horse show

The Sno-Valley Senior Center in Carnation is opening a café during the Evergreen Classic Horse show, held at the Remlinger Farms Equestrian Center.

Seniors are setting up a booth on the vendor row, along the show rings. Each breakfast and dinner will feature a different entrée’ based on the theme for the day. Lunch will have a variety of sandwiches and salads made to order. All proceeds benefit the Senior Center.

On Wednesday, Aug. 5, the center booth serves an Italian dinner at 6 p.m.

There is free parking Wednesday through Friday.

Cafe hours are 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5 through Saturday, Aug. 9. On Sunday, a pancake breakfast is served, beginning at 7:30 a.m.

The Equestrian Center is located on Northeast 60th Street north of Carnation.
