Troop honors Eagle Scouts

Valley Boy Scout Troop 466 will honor new Eagle Scouts Josh Yoker, Matthew Lynne and Stephen Hannan, with a ceremony and dinner reception at the Preston Community Center Sunday, Oct. 26.
