Methodist church

to hold garage sale

Snoqualmie United Methodist Church will host its annual giant parking lot rummage sale, 8 a.m to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16. Clothing, books, knickknacks, toys, seasonal merchandise, furniture, plants, pots and more, including homemade baked goods, snacks and beverages, will be sold at the church, located at the corner of River Street and Railroad Avenue in Snoqualmie. North Bend autism event brings in $4K

The Today’s Hope autism fundraiser, held Thursday, July 31 at Cascade Covenant Church, was a big success, organizers said. About 50 people attended the dinner and auction, which raised $4,000 for Today’s Hope, an organization that gives financial assistance to families affected by autism.
