Dylan Baxter, 4, pedals down the home stretch of the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital Tour de Peaks bike ride on Sunday, July 27 with the encouragement of his mother, Liz. Genii Blue the Clown painted a Hawaiian scene on Baxter’s face at the “Kidzone” area at Snoqualmie Elementary School, which offered fun, games and a curvy bike course for younger Tour de Peaks riders.
