Sounds of Snoqualmie: Musicians sought for city's 2013 summer concerts

Snoqualmie's parks department needs musicians to participate in its annual Sounds of Snoqualmie outdoor summer concert series.

Musicians and bands can apply for one of three concerts with tentative dates of June 30, July 21, and August 25. All three concerts will be on Sunday afternoons at Snoqualmie Community Park, 35016 SE Ridge Street.

If you are a solo performer or have a blue grass, country, jazz, classical, pop, or rock band, please apply. All types of music that is appropriate for all ages to enjoy will be considered.

The concerts are provided for the public at no cost. The city has limited funding available for this series. Musicians are encouraged to charge a low fee (or no fee) with the consideration that this is a good way to get exposure for your music and have a great time playing in front of an enthusiastic audience!

Interested musicians and musical groups should complete the Performer Application posted on the City website at; click “Departments | Parks & Recreation”.
