Courtney Tubbs earns spot on Seattle University dean's List

Courtney Tubbs, daughter of Anita and James Young of North Bend, and a Mount Si High School graduate, was named to the President's and Dean's lists for fall quarter at Seattle University.
She earned a 3.91 grade point average.
