Jazz bands from all Snoqualmie Valley schools will take part in the second annual Snoqualmie Valley School District Jazz Festival, starting at 6:30p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the Mount Si High School auditorium.

The 90-minute concert will feature two bands from Twin Falls Middle School, one each from Chief Kanim and Snoqualmie Middle Schools, and three from Mount Si High School, a first for the school, which usually fields only two bands.

Twin Falls Jazz 1, directed by Kelsey Jobst, then Mount Si's Jazz 3, directed by Adam Rupert, Twin Falls Jazz 2 and Snoqualmie's jazz band, directed by Dan Ray. Mount Si's Jazz 1, directed by Rupert, will finish out the evening.

Cost to attend the festival is free.
