North Bend’s Hannah Piper gets WWU design scholarship

Western Washington University student Hannah Michelle Piper, daughter of David and Sharon Piper of North Bend, has accepted a $1,500 Mount Baker Products Scholarship for the 2012-2013 academic year.

The Mount Baker Products Scholarship is awarded to winners in the annual Mount Baker Products Furniture Design Competition.

Piper graduated from Mount Si High School in 2008 and has a 3.5 GPA. She is also a Western’s College of Business and Economics Alumni Scholarship recipient, on Western’s Dean’s List and a CBE Distinguished Scholar. Piper’s professional goal is to be a supply chain professional.
