Plant a tree at Torguson Park

April 2, 2012 · 2:34 PM

North Bend will observe Arbor Day Friday, April 13, with a community tree-planting event at 3 p.m. in Torguson Park.

Girl Scouts from North Bend troops will join the city officials including parks commission members and the mayor, and other community members in the event. Community members are invited to recognize the value that trees play in our lives, by helping to plant trees to beautify Torguson Park.
