Snoqualmie's Salish Lodge hosting holiday tea, story reading

The Salish Lodge hosts a Holiday Tea, 2 t o 4 p.m. every Saturday, now through December 30.

Visit The Dining Room for a traditional holiday tea complete with a delicious menu of homemade treats such as scones with fruit preserves and Devonshire cream, gourmet tea sandwiches and petite pastries. Ten percent of all proceeds will be donated to Hopelink’s Sno-Valley Center.

Other upcoming holiday events at the Lodge include a reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas" by special guest Karolyn Grimes, 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22. Grimes is best known as the character Zuzu Bailey from the classic holiday movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life.”
