Crafty Christmas finds: Si View's holiday bazaar returns Saturday in North Bend

November 30, 2011 · 2:51 PM

Si View Metro Parks is hosting its eighth annual holiday bazaar at the Si View Community Center Saturday Dec. 3, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m, at 400 Southeast Orchard Drive, North Bend.

With its original woodwork, natural light and cozy fireplace, the community center offers a charming atmosphere for this holiday tradition. This year it's an absolutely full house of locally handmade goods, unique arts and crafts, purses, tie-dye clothing, cork wreaths, candles, jewelry, paper crafts, honey, pottery, photography and more.

Visitors can enjoy an entertainment lineup with the Silverbells Carolers, Si View Dance Program and finalists from 2011 SnoValley Idol Junior contest. The snack shop will be open throughout the day, stocked with cookies, hot cocoa, hot cider and coffee. Two lucky raffle participants will win gift baskets provided by vendors. Raffle tickets may be purchased at the snack shop for $1 each.

Admission to the event is free. For information, call (425) 831-1900 or send e-mail to mrudd@siviewpark.org.
