Shohini Ghosh, 9, prepares to launch a squishy ball with help from human catapults Sean Higuchi of Cascade Dance Academy and Luke Talbott of Compass Outdoor Adventures. Shohini, her brother Amit and father Aahir Ghosh of Snoqualmie visited Cascade View Elementary for Healthy Kids Day, held Saturday, April 16. Area businesses joined forces with the new Snoqualmie YMCA to educate children and families on healthy living, while also promoting their presence in the community. Experts say that school-age kids need at least one hour of physical activity every day to be healthy.
