Kimbrough Kendall, owner of Eastside Adventure Boot Camp for Women, has helped women in the Snoqualmie Valley train for fitness for six years.

Kendall is now opening an Adventure Boot Camp Fitness Studio in downtown Snoqualmie, offering an indoor option for her two boot camps now running in the Valley.

At the studio, Kendall will offer cross-training, workouts, nutrition counseling, weight and body fat assessments, healthy cooking classes and other programs directed at women.

During the summer, she plans camps for middle school-age girls with a comprehensive program of fitness instruction, injury prevention, sports nutrition, food modification and motivational support.

The Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce will mark the studio’s grand opening with a ribbon cutting, 5:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5. The studio is located at 8050 Falls Ave. S.E., by the Snoqualmie Falls Brewing Company taproom.
