Chamber of Commerce readies awards, open house

Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce will introduce its new president, Gregory Malcolm of Encompass, at its December Membership Luncheon, noon Friday, Dec. 11, at the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge. The event includes a presentation of awards. RSVPS are requested by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9 at www.snovalley.org. Phone orders are available at (425) 888-6362. Cost is $22 for members.

Snoqualmie Valley Kiwanis and Si View Parks co-host the next chamber After Hours networking event, 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the Si View Community Center, 400 S.E. Orchard Dr., North Bend.

The Kiwanis Giving Tree will be accepting donations. Participants can bring an unwrapped, new gift for children, ages infant to 18, for the tree. Last year, the Kiwanis Giving Tree provided gifts to nearly 150 families in the Snoqualmie Valley.
